This position is a permanent work from home setup and therefore it requires a stable internet connection and working laptop/pc - at least windows 10 and core i5 processor or equivalent.
Prepares/reviews documentary requirements for special projects and retainers for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Local Government Units (LGU), and other applicable regulatory bodies.
Prepares/reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and reportorial requirements SEC, LGU, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns for all clients including supporting schedules such as but not limited to alpha lists and summary lists of sales and purchases.
Prepares/assists all financial reports needed by clients such as but not limited to cost summaries/analysis, budgets/forecasts, financial statements, etc.
Prepares/collates all documents and reports needed during statutory and other compliance audits.
Assists in the preparation of responses to tax assessments.
Assists in establishing and monitoring team's KPIs.
Ensures timely submission of daily reports and replenishments/reimbursement reports of the Associate Consultant/s and Support Services Officer/s.
Prepares the performance evaluation of the Associate Consultant/s and Support Services Officer/s.
Performs special/ad hoc reports as required by superior and/or management. 11. Communicates/coordinates with clients' inquiries and document requests for special projects/retainers.
Initiate the preparation of draft letters or other required legal documents requested by the regulatory bodies for client's special projects.
Thoroughly checks the completeness of client's documents in the folder, office, and Google Drive.
Consistently provides an update to clients and consultants for the completed or processed tasks.
Performs various tasks related to the success of the projects.
