Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.

Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent.



  • Responsible for supporting and implementing the firm’s marketing activities which include coordinating outside marketing activities when assigned to do so including seminars/webinars, speaking engagements, and advertising

  • Coordinating the mailing and disbursement of promotional materials

  • Managing the firm’s marketing and sales calendar

  • Maintaining the firm’s website and social media to ensure information is current and accessible

  • Owning, scheduling, and writing the recaps for monthly marketing meetings


  • Maintaining a detailed pipeline of prospects clients and conducting follow up calls and activities as required

  • Screening and qualifying new clients

  • Coordinating and scheduling sales/prospect meetings as needed

  • Preparing and mailing proposals

  • Maintaining the pipeline to track all proposals delivered and the status of each activity

  • Following up on proposals that have been delivered when assigned to do so

  • Tracking and reporting on reasons for lost proposals

  • Coordinating and managing the fulfillment of an engagement after a sale is closed, including setting up the client in the firm’s billing system and other firm databases and coordinating with billing

  • Preparing and coordinating correspondence and mailings

  • Placing follow up calls on marketing and sales literature mailed out
