Sharon graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the same university.
With nearly 20 years of experience in tax, accounting and business consulting, she has handled clients ranging from professionals to groups of companies in a wide array of industries (Banking, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Retail & Distribution, Logistics, Education, Health & Wellness, and IT). She brings fresh insight to large institutions and SMEs with her unique combination of entrepreneurial and corporate experience.
In 2017, she founded Thinktank to help businesses grow and flourish with proper financial advice and practices. Thinktank carries out this vision with a team of professionals with multi-disciplinary training and experience in the fields of accounting, finance, taxation, audit, legal, and government compliance.

Finance Manager
Christian has earned his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University in 2011. He passed the CPA Licensure Exam the year after he graduated and became a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
He has over 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit, payroll, business process review and consultancy in various industries such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), professional services, multinational companies, education, and cooperatives, which enables him to gain extensive knowledge and involvement in the business development of various businesses.
His professional career with Thinktank continues to grow as he gets more involved in the company's business development, HR recruitment and training, accounting systems implementation, and business process improvements.
Cham Bocar, CPA
Operations Manager
Dette graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
She has accumulated more than 17 years of valuable experience in accounting, audit, taxation, government compliance, finance, and business consulting, addressing various needs of clients from different industries.
Cham, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is an alumna of Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Maragondon.
She is the Operations Manager and Senior Consultant of Thinktank Professional Services. Her key role is supervising a team of consultants while handling the accounting requirements of several companies.
